Starting at 9:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 31, 2025 and ending by 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, June 1, 2025, scheduled maintenance will be conducted as part of our commitment to ensure the reliability and security of your TrueCommerce services. Maintenance for B2B Gateway will begin at 7:00 p.m. ET on May 31, 2025 and end by 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

During this maintenance period you will experience an interruption in your service, including the following applications and services: TrueCommerce Trading Network, ecUtopia Portal, B2BGateway, TrueCommerce Foundry platform and TrueCommerce Foundry applications such as Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Product Manager, Pulse and AMP. During this maintenance period, access to TrueCommerce applications will not be available.

Transmissions sent to TrueCommerce via direct connections, such as AS2 and TrueCommerce’s hosted sFTP and FTP, will not be accepted until the first stage of the maintenance period ends (approximately 9:30 p.m. ET). Upon completion of the first maintenance stage, all direct connections will be accepted and all queued up transmissions will be processed.

Scheduled - We will be performing a TrueCommerce Foundry Product Update on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, from 6:30 am ET to 8:30 am ET. This release is a part of our ongoing commitment to ensure the reliability and performance of TrueCommerce Foundry and Transaction Manager. Platform updates include technology architectural updates for performance scaling, security updates, and enhancements for in app engagement.

During this update, you will be unable to access the TrueCommerce Foundry applications, including Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Pulse, and others. You will see a maintenance notification upon visiting the login screen until the update is complete. This update will not impact the TrueCommerce Trading Network (VAN). Any transactions received from a trading partner during this period will be queued for processing immediately following the update.

Monitoring - TrueCommerce experienced a technical issue following our monthly security and software maintenance event that resulted in latency processing a subset of transactions on the network. Not all customers or transactions were impacted.

The issue started at 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, April 27th and the issue was identified and confirmed resolved at 7:30 a.m. ET on Monday April 28th. All impacted transactions are being reprocessed and our technical team is monitoring to confirm successful reprocessing. Out of an abundance of caution, TrueCommerce recommends validating for duplicate transactions.

Monitoring - We currently experiencing an AS2 connectivity issues with the B2B Gateway network impacting transaction processing on Monday April 21st starting approximately at 2:00 PM Est. The TrueCommerce technical teams are performing maintenance to address the issue and connectivity.  It is our goal that this maintenance will resolve the intermittent communication delays permanently.
