We are informing your organization of a planned platform maintenance event scheduled for Saturday, June 27th. The platform maintenance event is required to apply security and infrastructure updates that ensure continued reliability and security of your TrueCommerce service. In addition, TrueCommerce will be updating the TrueCommerce Foundry platform during this maintenance event. The Foundry platform update will include feature enhancements and other innovations to TrueCommerce’s unifying technology platform.
The platform maintenance event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 27th, 2020 and will conclude by 2:00 a.m. ET on Sunday, June 28th, 2020. The infrastructure maintenance will conclude at 11 PM ET on Saturday June 27th. At that time all network transactional activity will resume processing, however the TrueCommerce Foundry applications will be unavailable until the TrueCommerce Foundry upgrade is completed.

During this maintenance period, the following applications will not be accessible: TrueCommerce Trading Network, TrueCommerce Foundry platform and TrueCommerce Foundry applications such as Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Product Manager, Pulse and AMP. Any inbound transmissions from your business partners that are retrieved by TrueCommerce between 6:00 p.m. ET and 11:00 p.m. ET will be processed immediately upon completion of the maintenance window. Transmissions sent to TrueCommerce via direct connections, such as AS2 and TrueCommerce’s hosted FTP, will not be accepted until the maintenance period ends. Upon completion of the maintenance window, all direct connections will be accepted and queued up transmissions will be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This scheduled maintenance affected: Foundry Applications (Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Data Hub, Unified Commerce Hub, Pulse), Trading Network (TrueCommerce AS2, TrueCommerce Internal FTP), and Platform (Integration Mapping Tool, Scheduler, Customer Center).
