Starting at 7:00 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 11, 2024 and ending by 8:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 11, 2024, scheduled maintenance will be conducted as part of our upgrade to the TC.Net network. During this maintenance period you will experience an interruption in your service, including the following applications and services: TrueCommerce Trading Network, TrueCommerce Foundry platform and TrueCommerce Foundry applications such as Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Product Manager, Pulse and AMP. During this maintenance period, access to TrueCommerce applications will not be available. Transmissions sent to TrueCommerce via direct connections, such as AS2 and TrueCommerce’s hosted sFTP and FTP, will not be accepted until the maintenance period ends. Upon completion of maintenance, all direct connections will be accepted and all queued up transmissions will be processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
