TrueCommerce’s data center service partner needs to perform an unplanned maintenance update to apply needed security updates within their infrastructure. This maintenance update will unfortunately impact all of their customers and will require a temporary outage. The maintenance period will be performed during off hours to mitigate impact on our customers on Saturday April 4, 2020 between the hours of 10:30 P.M – 3:00 A.M. ET.

During this maintenance window, your organization will experience a temporary interruption in your service including the TrueCommerce Trading Network (VAN), the online version of Transaction Manager, the Customer Center, and the TrueCommerce Foundry platform. Data transmissions sent by your trading partners will be temporarily suspended between 10:30pm and 3:00am. Immediately following the completion of the maintenance period all transactions processing will resume and your full service will be restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This scheduled maintenance affected: Foundry Applications (Transaction Manager, Pack & Ship, Data Hub, Unified Commerce Hub, Pulse), Trading Network (TrueCommerce AS2, TrueCommerce Internal FTP), and Platform (Integration Mapping Tool, Scheduler, Customer Center).
